Or the many tenants of the Riverdam Mill? I would hardly call these mills all but empty.
It's lame reporting like this which gives the public the wrong opinion about the city and about the success of the mills.
The North Dam Mill is an amazing building with major completed renovations and another massive update currently in progress. By mid-July the building will look completely different from the road and by late fall there will be a brand new passenger elevator and an entire floor of residential units.

"All but empty???" What about the 50+ businesses in the North Dam Mill (including my own).
