With Citigroups stock down ~62% since the beginning of 2007, perhaps he was just securing his own retirement.

Check the 'clients' accounts for miscellaneous fees, and then go check the Caymen Islands for the missing guy.
With Citigroups stock down ~62% since the beginning of 2007, perhaps he was just securing his own retirement.
