If you don't know Dan and the girl who has made these accusations, then don't post such vicious things. Believe me, if you knew both of these people, you would have a drastically different view of the situation. The girl's parents are the ones jamming this garbage down everyone's thought.
Dan will be found not-guilty, and those of us who know him will use all our influence to ensure that every news outlet that published this junk tells their readers, listeners and viewers of his innocence.report abuse

Wow! This is sad. A mere accusation is enough for the public to convict this man. If he truly is guilty, then I hope he gets what he deserves. If she's lyign, I hope she rots in hell. But until then, I say wait until all the facts are presented before convicting either party.report abusePlayer

The circumstances alone should suggest skepticism. 4 counts of agg sexual assault with the same woman in 1 or 2 days. Hello? If she was drinking and he was too, that could be enough to indict. How about we wait for the facts to come out?report abuse

You people make me sick. You have already convicted and sentenced him without any evidence. Any DA can indict a ham sandwich.
