Innocent until proven guilty. I heard Muncey's got Dan Lilly on speed dial. He'll be kickin' it in the pumkin patch for a few months, then a guilty plea to a watered down charge and then 18-24 in county lockup. He'll hit the weights and network with all of the other criminals before gettin' out to do this again. Gotta love the Maine judicial system. The only place in the US where going away for Murder means 22 months in jail.report abuseRebel

If guilty, he will come out of prison in a year or so (if Maine courts are really tough on him) with his head even bigger, and likely covered with tatoos.report abuse

It's amazing that a head as big as a basketball contains such a tiny brain.
