How did the saying go? "IF GUNS ARE OUTLAWED, ONLY OUTLAWS WILL HAVE GUNS"! Hey! Outlaws! Did you get that? The United States Supreme Court says that guns are not outlawed! The basic issue for the justices was whether the amendment protects an individual's right to own guns no matter what, or whether that right is somehow tied to service in a state militia.
Oh, please. Read the second amendment your Honorable Justices ~ what is so difficult to understand? Should there have been a semi-colon after state? You've all wasted too much time and energy on this, now get to work.report abuse
