What a crock. He got 35 because he deserves it. And he won't be out in 12 either. Who told you that? He's a piece of garbage who deserves a long long prison sentence.report abuse

Come on... The reason they give him 35 years, then be out in 12 years and he try to shoot a cop is because he was black....If you watch the news there was more cops in court then on the streets. If it was a white man shooting a non white person or killing his wife/girlfriend/children he would have got 3 years out in a year and a job working with the city.report abuse

I think 50 years would have been better then he would have to serve the 35, with good time and all the early realease programs they have. If this was York County Mark Lawerence would have cut a deal for 20 years all but 10 suspended, OUT IN 7.report abuse
