Westrum is leaving because he has no integrity and morals.
There has been recent proof he lied on the stand in the Dechaine trial to further his position- plus a bunch of other lies and deceit. I don't know if his integrity is ok with the prisoners-just dont trust the ole boy. Well, as long as his pal Jay is gone it may be ok- keep an eye on him though.

yup- pph is lacking in our region.
