UVE BENHAD! What is "FORCUSSED"? That is in the past tense. Must mean having been in the act of "FORCUSSING" huh! Me-thinks you should "FOCUS" on spelling before instructing others to stay "FOCUSSED" on anything!report abuseBOOGIEWHOMP

The governor proposes teleconferencing, to save energy, to his state employess, but he does not hesitate to go on junkets, anytime he wishes, at maine taxpayers expense! Why not stay here gov and have the others teleconference the whole gig to you! You were elected because the people thought you were a leader. Instead, you show everyone that you hold on to the other's coat-tails, in other words, you are nothing more than a follower! "WELCOME TO TAXATIONLAND Y'ALL!"report abuseUve Benhad

Gov. Baldacci has gone nuclear, and nuclear is not clean energy. But forget the radioactive emissions, the waste and the safety factors. The capital costs of any new nuclear plant are so high, and climbing, that no private investor will touch nuclear power. Why? Because they will never get their money back. And the socialist-leaning governments that prop up new nuclear plants will lose their shirts. It's a shame that billions of precious dollars that could be better used elsewhere may be misused and wasted on uneconomical attempts to resurrect an industry that is dead.report abuseYou must be a registered user of MaineToday.com to post a comment.
