I usually do not go back to my posts just to reply to idiots, but this time it seems inviting. Anyone fitting this description can go to the following website and see quotes printed there from a 1995 New Jersey legal journal regarding training for judges on domestic violence issues. More research on the main site will include what PO’s are given for training in that area of law enforcement.

Fact is that we don't know the entire story - the domicile can get disturbed easily these days.. maybe this guy should've just shut up or paid the rent or not moved in at all - maybe he did nothing wrong at all - who knows - but hitting someone in the head with a crowbar shows some serious help is needed here. Domestic violence is always disturbing and sad.
God bless the organizations that fight domestic violence, but it is really up to the people involved. If they don't remove themselves from the situation there is really nothing anyone can do.report abuse

Read my post again boys....
PO ARE NOT trained to ONLY arrest men in domestic disturbances. I know women are arrested as are men for domestic violence.......again I never said they weren't.
Was emankcin trying to be funny with the remark of cops being trained that only men can commit DV? If he was trying to be a smart#$^# when he stated that.......that is what I fail to see the humor in.report abuse
