how to heck do you (me) i get grants like this this study will cost 500,000 maybe and the rest is going to go into someones pocket this is crazy.like the others said it is information we already know what a waste of our (maine taxpayers)money.report abuseCMHome CMHome

Please use this grant as a means to smarten the kids up...I'm tired of hearing about kids being lured into drug use. Stop studying what we already know and use the money to implement a plan of action...report abusecharlie carroll
