Gov 38 has dispatched new chief assistant, a dazed and confused Patches Kennedy (found earlier today wandering down the middle of the Touchy Feely Bridge shouting Yes and No Mr. Speaker) to find out exactly where Highland Plantation is? Gov 38's first guess was somewhere near the Bowtie's home! Patches FYI is being driven around in a MSP SUV by Det Trask who has come out of hiding for this special assignment. The SUV is reported to have a lot of front end damage and appears to be an out of commission MSP vehicle!report abuseGeorge Edwards
