CHRIS...another dirty secret was ALLEN's behind the scenes lobbyng to make sure Bowdoin got a huge chunk of the Base gratis! The funding will come from a higher ed. grant., i.e. not Bowdoin's billion dollar endowment; nor will the property be taxable....sweet deal, eh!report abuseVivaNoRepubs

Collins is a Bush lap dog. Some brave Republican posted here that Allen didn't bring in military contracts. Where was Collins? Also, when Collins had the chance to investigate the waste, fraud and abuse in no bid contracts in Iraq, she did NOTHING. As we know, nothing but a Bush lap dog.
