Now, now folks. The state is letting those that cannot afford wood to travel to 3 locations throughout the state to go cut trees and get your own wood for only $25 a cord --plus the cost of gas, a chainsaw, a truck and trailer, permit etc. So lets hope all of us have that ability. The truth is we all know the professionals will be the wood gathers and turn around and sell it for $250 a cord.report abuseKevin James

This guy in Farmingdale (A.W. Allen's Firewood) jacked his prices through the roof for his firewood. He has outragious prices.
