Mainers benefit from the energy first and foremost.
I've seen the wind turbines on the North Cape of Prince Edward Island, they are not an eyesore and help provide the people with a clean renewable resource.report abuse

I agree if we have the skilled labor here and a company with the required capital to make the upfront investment, if not then we look outside of Maine.
Any environmentalists that come out against this needs to seriously take a hard look at their views on fossil fuel. You know, the ones running around fighting to tear down dams and give up on options for hydroelectric power.report abuse
