ah heck,hes no different then the rest of the lawmakers,he just got caught the others are either smarter then he orrrrrrrrrrrr there day is coming as well...our own blad-achi iam sure can testify to that...how about it baldyreport abuse

John Duncan of Verrill and Dana, now Franklin Poe. Life is tough. Guess lawyers need a cost-of-living increase. $300 and up per hour doesn't go as far as it used to.report abuse

The Board does not disbar lawyers. It is the Maine Supreme Court that makes that judgment. He'll get his hearing and a single justice will make that decision. However, it looks like it's a foregone conclusion at this point that disbarment is the correct result,report abuse
