Isn't it time for that troll Larry Malloch to crawl out of his cave and put in for Chief? That guy gives people me the creeps, so he should be a finalist at least for the job. He hates the troops anyway, so he will likely get to keep terrorizing the rank and file with his antics.report abuse

It looks like all of the division heads are leaving Portland.

Finance, Chief of Police, Corporation Counsel, etc....

I wonder why?

Even rats will jump from a sinking ship!
