If that were Jane Q. Whitebread, a native of Portland, ME, I can assure you her punishment would be swift and appropriate. If the state of Maine treated the newcomers like the folks who grew up here (i.e., expected them to work, obey the law, contribute), this once great state wouldn't be so attractive to these reckless lawbreakers!report abuseLarry123 Larry123
