How true, Kid. SO many people MUST have the necessities you mention ("cigs, cable, internet, cell phones"), so there's nothing left over for luxuries like heat, food, health insurance -- of course taxpayers provide those, don't we?report abuseTheKidAgain

If they can pay for cigs, cable, internet, cell phones, then no help. If they either don't have those services and/or have cancelled those services, write them a check.report abuse
