Those kids KNOW that thye aren't gonna get punishment. The juvenile system in this state is even more screwed-up than the adult system.

Release the names of the parents, but not the alleged teen criminals. If the parents allow their teens to run wild, the victims of their crimes should sue the parents in civil court.
