Valuations up and tax rate is up in this town and the trailers are geting taxed higher. I do not get it the paper said sale prices are down,
Then how can the tax man say the sale prices are up. They would not lie to protect their jobs would they? I want to see some sales tax figures from the state. My neighboro just got nailed for not paying sales tax on his rental. Listed it on the internet and got nailed.report abuse

Maine is not a growth state. For people that want to move to places where there are jobs, this hurts them from selling their house.
Would you buy a house with oil heat?report abuse
