Another tragedy caused by some jerk behind the wheel not paying attention to his or her driving. People will not take driving seriously until traffic laws are stiffened up to make colliding with another motorist a crime. The story says the motorcyclist collided with the car. Technically true, but the car turned suddenly into the path of the motorcycle. There ought to be a way to rephrase the description of these incidents.
