We have been so saddened to learn about Jason's death. Jason's uncle Jim Moody is my son-in-law, married to my daughter. I got the phone call shortly after it happened. All of Amy's family here in Toledo are in shock. My heart aches for Pam & Jeff, Vicky & James, Lindsey, Jim and Amy. Such a terrible loss. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with the family today. There are many things we don't understand in this life, but God has the answer. I pray that God will give the family the strength they need to cope with this sorrow. This accident has affected many people across the United States. We are truly sorry.report abuseSamantha Richardson

Kris, the family knows you would like to be here also but understands that you cannot be. They all send their love too.
Again, you are all in my thoughts and prayers. Indeed lives HAVE been forever changed.
Dear Lord Jesus I pray that you touch both families and let them feel your presence and know your comfort in their time of need, Amen.report abuse

Jason and his sister are cousins of mine. Kristina is my sister. I deepest sympathy goes out to other friends and family especially Jasons sister, parents and girlfriend. I pray that God will give you all the comfort you need during this hard time. Thank you to those of you who send your regrets and well wishes also. Having your encouraging words helps to offset the sting of the words uttered by those that just care what these families are going through and instead use it as their own personal griping place.

You know, Jason and his sister were the first kids that I babysat. My mother use to watch them before and after school. It's a horrible thing that has happened and I wish that I could be there for my family. Jason was my cousin, I lived on Woodchuck Way (even before it was Woodchuck Way) for years. I use to ride bikes up and down that road with my sisters and cousins. We climbed trees and made forts in the woods. Thank you Christopher for your well wishes and prayers. I would also ask others that instead of casting blame and throwing around "inattentive driver" because unless you were there or involved I am sure you don't know. Lives have been changed forever, not only for Jason's family but also for Ben and his family. I just pray that Jason is at peace and that his immediate family are held up to God in their time of need.report abuserapidreader
