I think it's the protection order that does it. This guy has probably been up to this for a while and has sent a more specific threat. Thus the existing protection order. As far as I know we can still call politicans rude names....though I'm sure both parties would like to change that.report abuseDee-dee

i have sent some pretty nasty stuff to our elected officials...no arrest, huh. maybe it's becuase i do not have a protection order against me...dunno.report abuse

oh well it was probaly all true and he was arrested for speaking his mind..iam free to speak mine..and to which i will say this country has gone nazi ..there arrest my butt...freedom to speak it and i willreport abuseFinsUp!

Why doesn't Baldacci get back to this state and do his work? Partying in Colorado while the state of Maine sucks for business and is facing a Titanic this winter of heating bills?
