Who says we don't manufacturer anything in the U.S. any longer! We still manufacturer extreme wacko head cases like this child killer from time to time. Put this guy in a cell with Maine child killer Dennis Deschaine and you'd have two very toxic twins. Of course good ole' innocent Dennis after 20 years still won't admit he did it. At least this guy Bowen knew he was cornered and admitted to it. In my book he and Dechaine still both deserve some extreme high voltage in a wooden chair. This guy might warrant a little less voltage for at least pleading guilty.report abuse

I agree with Backwoods that they shouldn't put a "years" to the sentence. It should be either automatic Life or Death Penalty if you are convicted of Murder. That being said, if this slimeball does get 50 years, that's equivalent to a life sentence. He is 44 now, probably won't be sentenced til he is 45. So we are talking about him being 95 if he were to survive a full 50 year sentence. That being said, I agree that it is too lenient.report abuse
