Unless I'm mistaken, these companies have been given federal $$, so thay can "provide access". Does that mean broadband will be free in these areas? I'm betting NOT! How about giving me federal money to put a wind turbine on my property, instead of handouts to companies who just want to make money off me?report abuselost_in_me
