He was probably making more than $150,000 per year and his greed cost him millions in potential earnings. I don't think crime pays in this case.report abuse

Oh dear, a dishonest lawyer! We're all so surprised! Cough, cough. I'll bet he didn't blink an eye stealing from all those folks. He belongs in jail with all the other common criminals.report abuse

I think this Duncan guy has paid back most of the money, not certain, but think I remember reading something about that. I wonder if the secretary who blew the whistle got a bonus??? No, actually I think she got fired.report abuse
