Um, no. The New England Governors' Conference, Inc., a 501(c)3 organization, pays for the hosting of events. I know the 12 seconds of elapsed time spent on Googling for information would take more energy than just reflexively typing "DURRRR....TAXES!", but consider it next time.report abuseTheCynic
