Ignorance has no bounds…but I guess they have keyboards. Open your eyes; crime is caused by all races, for very average reasons. Not everything is the old “tribal violence” line. “Ignoring and downplaying that likelihood casts unfair aspirations on the whole city.”report abuse

Its always interesting how as soon as any crime potentially committed by someone other than white, posters like kmike are all about posting about how horrible how Portland has become because of x, y, z….but white boys can start car fires, kill their wives, kill their children, rob homes, deal drugs, and assault people on a weekly basis (if not daily) and posters like kmike aren’t EVER posting about how the criminal white are ruining society, and how their crimes have anything to do with race, color or creed. You don’t hear “oh, isn’t living in a 98% white state great? Isn’t non-diversity great?” when the latest white baby-daddy shakes his white girlfriend’s baby to death.

Of course, this has everything to do with color, race and creed...and it was not a bigoted white Portlander who committed this crime. It appears that another African "émigré" probably killed Mr Angelo.
Ignoring and downplaying that likelihood casts unfair aspersions on the whole city...Portland has, thanks to "Catholic Charities," inherited tribal violence that it didn't ask for, or need. Africa is a total mess...decades after Colonialism ended, and now these issues have come to America.
The Church created this problem in Portland, and needs to fix this problem, in my opinion.report abuse
