well.it took 8 days of the da saying that she did"nt know if the lights were on or not for the truth to come out. the lead investigator for the state of maine came out and said so.this means she had this info all along,but would not admiit it. can"t wait for the defence to start it"s case.report abuseseadog100

check it out! dude got his feelings hurt when the smaller boat passed him,so he excellerated to return the favor,and trott veered in his way.There was no other reason these boats were in the same spot at the same time.Either trott tried to cut him off or scare him,or these guy's knew each other and were horseplaying and messed up,but whatever, the defense is going to play the no light's card to soften the real truth.I wonder what the girl on the boat has to say?report abusewilliealso

Still no word on the victiums when found in the water if they were clothes or been study for a health exam. If they were studing for the exam a boat was least of there worry. Let get the whole story out and not part of it. lets not make LaPointe the only fool in this case if other were just as bad.report abuse

Boat lights are like ulities,boat,snowmobiles,equipment trailers most of the time they don't work. Living on a lake in Belgrade you can't believe the number of boats out on the lake at dark with no lights on.
Still no word on the victiums when found in the water if they were clothes or been study for a health exam. If they were studing for the exam a boat was least of there worry.
