This is laughable. I understand that most of you don't like Republicans, corporations, and chemical companies, but Ms. Rice was removed from the panel because her participation on it was a clear violation of the EPA's conflict of interest rules. Apparently you people think that those rules should only apply to bad people and entities (i.e., Republicans, corporations, and chemical companies), but not to those virtuous environmental advocates.report abuse

The dishonest managements of some large chemical conglomerates will do everything possible to sneak their toxic but highly profitable chemicals into the bodies of women, men, children, and even unborn babies!

Their PR con artists and their corrupt corporate scientists with self-promoting internal studies will try to confuse and suppress scrutiny and regulation.

Disgusting. Doswellreport abuse

Well as a matter of fact, Yes - the Republicans have not destroyed the ability of the ultra rich to get richer.

As the middle classes real income and buying power has tanked the wealth of the upper 1% has skyrocketed.

Isn't that special?report abuse

i agree totally, dr.Deborah Rice, scientist. is a hero. i'm tired of turning around all,,,,the time, and hearing things being pulled from the shelves because they are deadly. what can we trust in our food supplies anymore. and now real science tells us not to use this product, she gets fired???? money over safety. they seem to think we,in maine, are a third world country, just for profit. i pray that our congress will please listen to proven science. and mr baldacchi, should pay more attention.
republicans have had it!!!!!!!!,this fall.no more killing citizens, because a chemical co. has 50 million barrels of toxic waste, just to get into production,so they don't have to pay to get rid of it properly. may god help our country.report abuse
