How does one "look criminal?" 30 years in law enforcement sure as hell didn't teach me to tell criminals from honest folk. Sure wish it had.report abuseS J

I live in Westbrook now for the last few months and things seem ok on Bridge st. I do see a lot of people walking around that look criminal. This area is pretty messed up I guess. Not sure why but the apts are at least a little bit cheaper than Portland.report abuseAnnie
