Lance Boucher and his wife Rachel, a Readfield teacher, are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. Lance is brilliant, politically and otherwise. I often think of him as one of the Governor's Whiz Kids. As a former Trivia game opponent, Lance is nearly unbeatable.
