EPA doesn't just make up things that need to be enforced. The environnmental regulations that EPA enforces have not only been on the books for a along time, everyone (including Jackson Labs) had opportunity to understand (and comment on) before the laws were passed. If Jackson Labs didn't see this coming, sorry: it's their own fault.report abusebirdyard
