See how well Cohen "helped" the state cultural agencies do the same thing. Based on how well he ran his own business during that, I wouldn't trust him with a lemonade stand. And now. here he is again, asking for more money.
Want to bet he siphons off all $100,000 to pay the bad debt from the last fiasco?
I smell con job. More Verrill & Dana tricks, in my opinion

AUGUSTA — Two state cultural agencies used $4,000 in state and federal money "in an inappropriate manner" by giving it to a nonprofit group that was created to lobby for them at the State House, according to an audit that criticizes the Maine State Museum and the Maine Arts Commission for misusing tax dollars.
The Oct. 26 audit by state Controller Edward Karass also takes those agencies and the Maine State Library and Maine Historic Preservation Commission to task for working with other public and private groups to create the Maine Community Cultural Alliance in late 2004.
That nonprofit organization paid the Verrill Dana law firm "to promote the cultural agencies' agenda before the governor and Legislature," according to the audit.report abuse
