Are you saying it is OK for non-smokers to be exposed to second-hand smoke in a patio atmoshpere?

I'm just saying that if we keep smokers in one place maybe we can control where they are suppose to go.......maybe....but we can't control people...I'm not suppose to control you...but it's chooses, soon they will be home with the children because they hsve no where else to go...report abuseJoe Kennebec11
