PLEASE VOTE NO. The referendum this gambling group is backing is heavily flawed. Rather than pay to gather signatures for a proper referendum, proponents chose to lie and claim the legislature will revise the referendum, which is wild speculation. These are not the type of buffoons we want operating a casino in Maine. Please help send them packing.report abusejp

Take a look at this link....Boyne owns Sunday River and Sugarloaf, they now take a stand against The Oxford casino because of Maine branding, but it has nothing to do with branding but everything to do with wages and benefits they don't want to pay. Here is the real issue....Boyne owns two ski resorts in Michigan and has deals with the local casino for free shuttle service and $25 betting vouchers.

Come Maine wakeup!! You need Jobs! So let the casino's come to Maine. Because you know that Mainers go to Connecticut to play the Slots and Card Games. If you have the casino's in Maine near the Ski resorts then its a win win deal. You can ski all day and play the slots at night. You need the Jobs so don't let this chance slip bye again. The slots are working out in Bangor so why not in Southern and Northern Maine as well. By the way I am a Mainer and when I come home to visit if the casino are there I'll spend my money there as well. Good luck Maine and VOTE YES FOR CASINO'Sreport abuseYou must be a registered user of MaineToday.com to post a comment. Register or log in.
