You know, this could get really complicated.
Hey--I got an idea: Let's just make it against the law to hurt someone you don't like.

If somebody kicks me and calls me skinny, I demand skinny people be protected by hate crime laws, too!

hate crime or not. If the group of black/hispanic males killed the man because he is white...than it is a hate crime. The Mercy guard was black on black. Did they kill him because he was an immigrant? Were the murderers immigrants?
Crime is crime. Let us stop labeling crime anything by crime. Isn't all murder or crime wrong. Drop the labels.report abuse

The "gay bashing" was a hate crime. The white man killed in kennedy park, we do not know if that was a
