RTC, no. This is not a certified training course, it is more of a discussion and information forum. However, I can tell you as a former public safety employee, that training in recognizing and responding to signs of domestic violence are (or were when I was working) sadly lacking, except for police officers, who are trained to lock up the abuser, and hand out a couple pamphlets for the victim.report abuseROCKY2
