Ok Dr., it says they took him to the hospital for alcohol tests, the test results probably didnt come back until later on, hence the arrest warrant was issued later on. You think he drove off cause he was in shock??? Any normal SOBER person that doesnt have to worry about getting caught for something illegal would get out and stay at the scene. There is always a reason why someone runs, and its never a good reason.report abuseBobby J

They most likely just got the results of the test back. A jerk who takes off after hitting a car hard enough to kill someone knows what they have done. Did he stop and try to render aid to the dying man? Did he call for 911? Oh no, he fled the scene and only was discovered after his truck stopped. Justice will be served. Give me a break. Unfortunately, his family suffers this with him. No, justice does not bring back the deceased man but he needs to face what he did like a real man. He did Captain Morgan proud!!!!report abuseBobby J

Uh, Dr. - "Results of those tests indicate Linton had a blood alcohol level of .12, approximately 50 percent above the legal limit of .08" -
