This is not a new concept. This has been tried in the past. Only problem is that most of the people giving the advice know less about buying cars than the regular public. There is no magic to buying a used car. There is no secret formula. There are a lot of reputable used car dealers in the state. You don't have to see someone like this to buy a car. A good dealer will help you all he can and help you make a good decision..report abuseBlackstone
