It was a study bone by auto insurance companies. They had the power to change the drinking age in the USA from 18 to 21, so when they start to talk be ready for something in the form of changes.report abuseFRANCO

"Hey Augusta?!?!?! Seeing that you won't do anything about taxes (other than raise them) and business in the state, could you put a law in place to ban moose and deer from the roads?"report abuse

Looks like we need to get to work and ban all deer from roadways.
