As a member of Justin's family I think its important to note that Justin was a loving and smart young man that we will deeply miss. Today was one of the hardest days of our lives.
Please keep your thoughts and prayers with our family as we work through this tragedy.report abuse

I believe we've all done something foolish at sometime in our lives, but we've lived to regret it. Justin was a wonderful human, being made in God's image, as everyone one of us are. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.report abuse

It's a sad time for his family & friends.
Youthful inexperience was his fault.

I-81 isnt no Maine backroad.

I've driven in the Watertown area and Route 81 is an interstate, two lanes in each direction with a median strip. It would be unsafe to cross a highway like that even in daylight. A very tragic event.report abuse
