The Olympia Group, which controls Olympia Gaming, is based in Arizona where developers swap privately-owned land for federal land. Environmentalists in particular have made allegations of corruption. Inzalaco was the manager for an investment group seeking a land-swap in Arizona, a deal for which Congressman Rick Renzi (R-Arizona) is now facing federal prosecution for corruption.
Inzalaco likely did nothing wrong, but Maine voters should have been told more. Instead the Maine media obsessed over Dean Harrold, who is neither the Chairman nor the Chief Executive Officer of Olympia Gaming, LLC.report abuse

I'm relieved Question 2 (casino) was voted down, in spite of the Maine media's failure to publish who the executives of Olympia Gaming were and what their record was. The primary problem seemed to be Olympia Gaming "Principal and Executive Vice President" Guy Inzalaco, who one article describes as "an experienced — and controversial — land swapper” (link below).
