I think it's a total waste of money and has absolutely no effect on people's choice to smoke or not to smoke. The rate would be the same with no spending at all. Only a fool would think otherwise.report abuseKidAtItAgain

Who says it's not working? Smoking rates have dropped significantly in Maine. I remember far more smoking around when I was a kid. I'd rather have fewer people smoke than save a few bucks on taxes, although I know this crowd only cares about their tax bill and nothing else.report abuseKidAtItAgain
