I have never been embarrassed to admit where I came, until now. This store/town/select group that held this ridiculous bet is an embarrassment to the country and to the state of Maine. I would have thought better of the people/participants of Standish to have more class than this. Shame on all of you! We should be Americans and support our new president. I just wish the stupid store owner could be charged with something like Conspiracy to Commit Murder/Assassination. What an idiot...

What was it we were all told when we grew up? Something like "If you don't have anything nice to say..." You know the rest, I hope.report abuse

Are you suggesting the actions of this Standish store owner is justified if you thought Obama deserved it?report abuse
