Mr. Rinaldi was arrested twice in one day for domestic violence.I feel sorry for the person on the other end of it. The violence always seems to escalate after an arrest. Maybe the State and agencies that work on domestic violence issues should work on a mandatory twenty-four hour hold for any person arrested on all charge related to domestic violence.
