The governor is cutting heads and dollars while this campus is spending $2 million blowing in the wind. Baldacci cut this project off now and give the $2 million to the general fund.report abusejayfromjay

In this wOW economy it makes sense to invest in renewable energy systems that reduce UMPI purchases of electicity.
This system will produce 1.6 million kWh of electricty per year and pay for itself in 10 years - after that the only cost to UMPI will be maintainance.
It's an excellent investment in this wOW economy.
