Lets just look at this from the reverse side. Say I, as a US born citizen, wanted to become an Iranian citizen, and I went over there legally and became one. I got a job, and was unhappy with how I was treated. Would I be allowed to sue my employer? If I tried I would probably be publicly hanged. This guy should be happy he is allowed to be a US citizen. If he is unhappy, I'm sure he can always go back to Iran. I'm not trying to be "racist", or "mean" or whatever, but its just logic... be happy with what you are given...report abuseJohn Smith

It seems to me that people like you who criticize US citizens who come to the land of opportunity are usually just showing regret for probably failing to make the most of yours.report abuse

Yes Twinturbo I'm sure he came to the U.S. with a plan to sue Sears, I guess he must have paid fellow employees to call the hotline to complain about how he was treated.

Wow the discriminatory reader comments make me think maybe think this man's supervisor at Sears really did break the law.
