Not many people can afford to replace the boiler or add new windows or even add other heat back ups.
Why have gas prices dropped by 20cents in an hour at one station , what does this all mean. I am affraid to spend thinking that it will not last.report abuse

What I find disturbing is how much does the Energy Information Administration cost the tax payers? The article is supposed to be about conservation and saving of heating costs, yet 4 out of the 7 things listed, had nothing to do with saving on heating costs.report abuse
