I don't know why everyone is so upset. There isn't a hint of racism in this. Bear in mind 4 successful presidential assassinations and 6 unsuccessful attempts. Most likely someone doesn't like his stand on something. Never anywhere is race mentioned, except in the minds of the AG, the County Sheriff, and most of the posters here.report abuse

The pirate's definition still wouldn't apply to the pool mentioned in the article.

______________

On a slightly different note, try googling "celebrity death pool". See how many pools there are on line that allow you to pick which public figures you think will die in the next year. Politicians, actors, religious figures , writers, atheletes....you name it they're in the list for betting. How come no one is up in arms screaming about them?? Same thing, some of the pools even include rude remarks about why each person is considered "famous". Be forewarned some of the sites you'll find have other aspects that are even more disturbing.report abuse

I don't know where that definition of "hate speech" comes from, but if it's in a statute making those types of utterances a crime or offense, we're all in big trouble. In practical effect, it has no boundaries. How do you like that last catch-all phrase, "and any other distinction that might be considered by some as a liability"? This must be a joke, something from a college speech code.report abuse
